10am - Final Ladies Bible Study for the Year Taking Place at the Mckibbin’s Home
Construction work begins on Tuesday and access to the halls will be very limited. The avenue is out of bounds for cars during the week, but will be open on Sundays as normal.
BELFAST CITY MISSION Prayer points:
* Ivan Patterson (Great Northern Street) is due to retire in May. Pray that men will come forward to work in the vacant halls. * BCM Headquarters are now back in Church House. Pray for building up relationships again with PCI and for partnership together. Anyone who wishes to give to this work, please place your gift in the offering marked BCM. Cheques should be made payable to First Antrim and include your FWO number if you wish to gift aid. A representative from BCM will speak on Sunday 24 April at the evening service. CHURCH MEMBERSHIP - if you would like to find out about becoming a Church member or taking communion for the first time, please speak with Stephen. A "Communicants course" exploring this pathway is planned for March.
NEW NAME - thanks to all who suggested names for the former caretaker's house and then voted on the shortlist. The new name is "Millrow House".
TEARFUND - The Tearfund Support Group would like to sincerely thank all who supported the special collection last Sunday when £4590 was raised for the 3-year Rwanda programme.
DATE FOR YOUR DIARY Emmanuel, who is responsible for overseeing Tearfund's work in Rwanda is coming to NI and there is an opportunity for us to meet him in Orangefield Presbyterian in Belfast on Tuesday 8 March @ 7:30pm. This will be a wonderful opportunity to hear and understand all about Tearfund in Rwanda. If you are interested in going, speak to Angus.
