HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE will meet on Monday (29 Oct) @ 8pm in the Matchett’s home (1 Rough Lane). Main item of the agenda will be the “Church Weekend” and how we can facilitate the hospitality necessary.

REAL HOPE COFFEE MORNING Paul Little will, God willing, be heading back to Romania with Real Hope from 4-11 November to assist with more site work on their self-sufficient farm site. Paul will be hosting a coffee morning in his home, 12 Crosskennan Lane, Antrim on Saturday 27 October from 10am—1pm to help raise for the project. If you are free and fancy a cuppa and some sweet treats, please come along and suppor this project. All welcome.
‘AFRICA in Focus’ Event – Friday 26 October 2018
We are writing to invite you and members of your congregation to come along to the PCI ‘Africa in Focus’ event on Friday 26 October, which is being hosted by Saintfield Road Presbyterian Church, Belfast commencing at 7.30pm. Speakers will include: · Diane Cusick, PCI global mission worker, engaged in early childhood development with the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian Zambia Synod. · Mphatso Nguluwe, Director of the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian’s Livingstonia Synod Health Department, which includes oversight of the Synod’s hospitals in Malawi. · Gerald and Louise Mwangi, missionaries with Crosslinks who serve in Kenya with iServe Africa and have worked closely with PCI global mission workers Stephen and Angelina Cowan. Gerald Mwangi was formerly a Leader in Training sponsored by PCI at Union Theological College. Saintfield Road Presbyterian Church is located at 1 Myrtledene Road, Belfast, BT8 6GQ, just off the Saintfield Road (A24) between Newtownbreda and Carryduff (about 5 minutes’ drive from Forestside Shopping Centre). LATIN LINK PRAYER MEETING We are having Jenny Stewart, just recently returned from Chile, with us on Tuesday, 23 October @ 10:30am in the Primary Room. All welcome to join us.
Café Church will focus on the work of Christians Against Poverty. This will be an evening of praise, testimony, blessing and challenge. Café Church starts at 6:30pm but refreshments will be available from 6:15pm. Your attendance would be a real encouragement to those involved in the work of the Antrim CAP Centre. Please use the invitations available in the vestibules to invite your friends and family. There will be a special worksheet available for children.
